Ch 10 Transfer home steps to water

     view description
    • Now that you are familiar with all the basic swimming skills at home without a pool you can easily transfer those new skills to the shallow end of a pool or lake where you can stand up. Be sure to stay in the shallow end until you swim a reasonable distance without touching the bottom to be safe. You should also know how to roll over to your back and float before you are too tired.
