Lesson 12:
Ch 12 Floating principles
Once you learn how to apply Archimedes Principle of physics you can understand why you need to inflate your lungs fully to float. Then when you swim you can keep floating well by only exhaling or replacing 15% of your air supply with each breath. You also have to learn to float level like an air mattress on water. Otherwise when your 14 lb. head goes up your feet and legs have to go down.
