Lesson 13:
Ch 13 Neutral position face float
Like at home lying flat on your mattress with your forehead down so you can feel your upper arms pressed up against your ears you want to achieve this same body position floating on top of the water. This is your starting and stopping point for every freestyle arm stroke so after you learn to take a breath you must put your face back down to float level in this neutral position after every stroke. This is how you conserve energy to be more efficient with longer strokes to allow more time to exhale and breathe air back in to keep going without having to stop.
