Ch 18 Resting skills in deep water

     view description
    • Now that you are comfortable swimming in deep water you need to learn how to stop and rest in deep water. I can’t stress how important this skill can be. If you are caught in a current, you float with the current moving toward to side and safety but not go against it to fight it. This means you have to learn to float on your back and keep your feet up. Better your feet hit rocks than your head.
