Ch 6 Bath tub progression
You can learn several skills in your bath tub like breath holding, floating, and if a small child one-arm freestyle on your side then change sides to do the other arm. Adults can lie on your back and lift your legs up but lie on your back. Then inhale to feel your chest rise up or move to one side and let your arm float up. You can also blow large bubbles up around your cheeks by opening your mouth wider and looking down instead of forward.
