I am driven by a burning desire to compete! I enjoy using my knowledge of the game to teach the younger and sometimes older generation to play this great game of football. I was coached by a legend in high school football Dick Bruich. His passion, competitive drive, and attention to detail and preparation (practice) are what drives me everyday to get better as coach. I am in a relentless pursuit of excellence. Trying to master a game that cannot be mastered. I am constantly evolving as a coach. Part of that evolution has landed me here. I have had much success in the past running Noel Mazzone's Nzone fast paced offense. It took me too heights that I would have never imagined. However, as I dove into The Air Raid offense, I can now truly have a better understanding of what makes this whole Philosophy so successful. I am not intimidated by bigger schools. That is another trait that drove me to this offense. I love when the underdog wins. Anybody can win with superior talent. It takes coaching to beat teams that you shouldn't beat on paper. That is what drives me. I know in my heart that the Air Raid offense gives my the greatest weapons of all time to do just that.
