3 Cone Change of Speed Drill: Split stance attacks keeping the ball in the same hand. Footwork for the split stance attack is - Ball in right hand: Drop left foot back to explode of off. Ball in left hand: Drop right foot back to explode off of. 1 bounce to each cone and come to a stop. Make sure you are on balance and in control. At the third cone, explode to the rim in 1 bounce to finish. (Notice footwork is the same when going through the legs).
