Lesson 70:
Travelling the Width of Pool with a Flick Kick
One way floating on Supine and the other direction on Prone. The short distance gives more of an opportunity to change from Supine to Prone which uses the core more. and that is the challenge the exerice uses the Core but is harder on the change from positions.
