Train the Non-Dominant Eye - See Performance Improveby Mike CaversViews: 1396$15
Why would I train my non-dominant eye? How does that affect my performance? Better info/stimuli the brain processes the better it can move the body into a position for success. Our brain is in control of how, when, and where to move our body. It does so by the speed (or lack of) of info/stimuli it processes and the quality of the info/stimuli it processes. Hitters have a blind spot in their strike zone. They may see the ball better on one side of the body than the other. The non-dominant eye gives the brain wrong info, or late info, or incomplete info. How do you expect to have the brain move the body in a position for success with inferior info? Learn how you as a coach can help your athletes to process info better which leads to improved performance.

What is STROBE SPORT Training? How can it improve Reaction Time & Focusby Mike CaversViews: 743Free
Intro to Strobe Sport training and how easy it is to implement into practices and pre-game preperation. Learn why/how athletes underacheive and how it can be addressed and their performance improved. The brain is naturally lazy. Through resistance training on the brain (through the eyes) an athlete can scientifically improve the speed and efficiency of how the brain processes stimuli. Improve reaction time. Improve focus. Reduce performace anxiety. Improve body awareness and the ability to make adjustments. For those that may already know a little about Strobe Sport training will be challenged in their understanding and shown a significant opportunity to improve the performance and consistency in critical performace situations.

FOCUS - Why my athletes have trouble and how can it be fixed?by Mike CaversViews: 945$15
FOCUS - Why can't my players focus? How can I get them to focus more in practice? They think they can 'flip the switch' come game time. If your athlete cannot learn to focus at a high level during practice how do you expect them to compete during the game and in the critical performance situations. The brain is naturally lazy and doesn't like to focus. There is a way to put resistance on the brain and turn on it's electricity in order for the brain to reach new levels of speed and efficiency. This can be trained and the brain will adapt and learn to process stimuli faster which slows down the game. Better Reaction Time. Better Focus. Better decisions are made. Performance anxiety is reduced. The chaotic moments in competition become easier to manage. Learn how we can improve focus and improve performance consistency. www.strobesport.com

Coach, you CAN`T make your athlete focus! This will. Learn more.by Mike CaversViews: 1229$10
Coach, you CAN'T make your athlete focus! This will. Learn more. As a coach these are the things you DO have control over: speed & strength training, mechanics, strategy and game planning. What you DON'T have control over is how your athletes' brains work. How fast do they process stimuli? What is the quality of the stimuli they capture? What stimuli to they ignore? You will learn how you can speed up their brain which makes the game slow down. You will learn how to MAKE your athlete capture great info and more importantly learn to ignore irrelevant info. How can you have your athlete learn to ignore what is in their 'rear mirror'? How can they achieve calmness in critical situations and avoid performance anxiety? You will learn how the brain works and how it can be trained through resistance to work at a higher level more efficiently. If you have any questions I can be reached at mike@strobesport.com. We can discuss sport specific or position specific training. Thank you very much for your interest in my video. I just want to share how we can create better, more consistent, performing athletes.
