    • The Box Squat is a great cheer jump exercise to help cheerleaders improve leg, hip and core strength. This box squat exercise is also utilizing the Myosource Kinetic Bands which provide resistance.

      Training with resistance bands will help a cheerleader can get more out of each exercise and help them strengthen targeted muscles quicker and more effectively for higher jumps and better stunts and tumbling.
