About
As a high school coach his teams have been regulars in the advanced rounds of the TSSAA playoffs. Also, he has also been part of several district/regional championships. While as an offensive coordinator at Lambuth University in Jackson TN, he saw his teams become nationally ranked every year, win a conference championship, and participate in the national playoffs. On the international level he was part of a professional staff that coached the national runner-up Uppsala 86ers (Sweden) and the National Champions U19 86ers.
Glover has long been recognized as a teacher of the game. His teaching methods have enabled his players to reach their goals. As a college coach he has aided his players to many All Conference and All American honors. Two of his players reached their ultimate football goal of playing in the NFL and several others signed contracts with other professional leagues. Over the 24 years he has spent on the high school level many of his players have gone on to play college football. The last 8/11 QBs Coach Glover instructed have moved on to the college ranks.

The Run and Shoot Screen Gameby Jim GloverViews: 2375$30
Being a pass first offense, the Run and Shoot is always looking for ways to take advantage of over aggressive defensive play. The screen game gives us the ability to slow down the rush, take advantage of blitzing defenses, and use the whole width of the field to attack. In this course we will look at our middle screens, bubble/kick screens, boundary screens, secondary screens, and our slip screen.

The Run and Shoot Passing Game -The Choice Routeby Jim GloverViews: 5149$30
The Run and Shoot offense terrorized the football world through the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. It set records, amassed yards, and scored points at a pace that made defensive coaches shudder. Names like Mouse, June, and John were spoken regularly by coaches attempting to either stop or emulate this offense. The play of Moon, Kelly, Brennan, and Chang were the aspiration of many high school players. Since the late 1990s the offense has disapated in its true form. The concepts created and executed by these coaches and players however became a standard part of the game, but under a different guise. Recently, there has been an ember glowing that has brought the true version of offense back to life. The XFL and success of the University of Hawai'i has put the offense back on the market.
This course will give the basic information needed to run the offense. It also has modern day applications versus the split field coverage many spread team will see. Common route packages such as; Go, Choice, Hook, and Streak/Switch are covered. The different variations as well as coaching points are provided. I hope you enjoy the material.
