Dale Stevenson is a former shot putter and he is the coach of Tom Walsh, world champion from 2017 outdoors, 2x world champion indoors (2016 and 2018), olympic bronze from 2016, Diamond League champion and the Record Holder of New Zealand with a massive throw of 22.90m.

Here is the second lecture by coach Stevenson - Strength Training for Tom Walsh, where Dale gives us an overview how Tom Walsh trains. Practical exercises demonstrated by world class shot putter Fransisco Belo.
