    • Tutorial Showing a Front Headlock Head In The Hole To A Shuck Or Throw Bye. Good takedown, your short offense can be very effective. This simple breakdown goes over the keys to the move.

This video is for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. Second part of the front headlock head in the hole series. If you can't get the corner on that ankle, you want to look for the throw by. I have seen this utilized at all levels of wrestling. This move will come from a snap down or a sprawl when you block their attempted shot.

If your opponent circles away when you try to hit your head in the hole go behind, you want to use his momentum and pass or throw him write by. Once he is circling, you want to softball pitch his head by and then look to cover. The move only works if you get him to circle because that gives you momentum when you shuck his head.

This video is good for people who are new to wrestling and looking for instruction, for people just beginning or learning wrestling, or for anyone who wants to improve their wrestling basics or fundamentals.
