This demonstration is for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling. Your shot is very important because it is one of the most important attacks from neutral. Your shot is the first thing you should learn from neutral after you have learned a proper stance. You can always train to improve your shot, and it easy to do because you don't need a partner.
