This video is for folkstyle and freestyle wrestling, but it is also a great warmup for any type of grappling. This warm-up drill will get your athlete's heart rate going, get a sweat going, work on conditioning, and works on technique as well.

The shot is similar to a shot you would take when shooting for a low single leg takedown because you are lowering your level all the way down and knee sliding. It is a great way to practice that quick level change you need to have a good low single leg.
