      In this session, we program in the mental side of winning.Have the following in mind, before doing this guided visualization: 1. Your long term goal. 2. At least one or two performances that you feel you didn’t do so well. Guidelines to listening:
      1. You will be listening to this recording for about 20 minutes. So set aside a time and place you can sit quietly and close your eyes while you listen.
      2. Do not listen to this while driving!
      3. This audio works best if you give it your full attention in a place where you can relax and be comfortable.
      4. It’s perfectly ok to fall asleep during or after it finishes
      5. Listen as often as you like, the more you do, the better it works for you.
      6. Activate your imagination as you create scenes, feelings, and words that sink into your power mind and body.
