    • One of the keys to becoming mentally tough is having a mental practice you do along with your physical practice. In this video, we get into specifics of how to create your mental practice for maximum benefit.

      This session we will programming your power statement into your mind. Be prepared for this session, by having your power statement, like Muhammad Ali’s “I am the greatest” ready. Guidelines to listening:
      1. You will be listening to this recording for about 20 minutes. So set aside a time and place you can sit quietly and close your eyes while you listen.
      2. Do not listen to this while driving!
      3. This audio works best if you give it your full attention in a place where you can relax and be comfortable.
      4. It’s perfectly ok to fall asleep during or after it finishes
      5. Listen as often as you like, the more you do, the better it works for you.
