    • You might not run as fast, jump as high, hit as hard or play your sport as well as some other athlete, but in this training you learn to take charge of your thinking and create useful stories to beat out the competition. This is what is going to give you your winning edge!

      This session we are going to program your power mind using Thought Control.To get the most out of this session, come up a thought you need to hold in your mind that will improve the mechanics of your game. For example, a tennis player might use “Keep your eye on the ball and follow through”, for a football quarterback “Quick Release”, for a golfer “target”, for a gymnast or a jumper it might be “Go all out.” For any sport, it might be simply “Focus.”It should be the one key thing if done correctly, will greatly improve your game.
      Guidelines to listening:
      1. You will be listening to this recording for about 20 minutes. So set aside a time and place you can sit quietly and close your eyes while you listen.
      2. Do not listen to this while driving!
      3. This audio works best if you give it your full attention in a place where you can relax and be comfortable.
      4. It’s perfectly ok to fall asleep during or after it finishes
      5. Listen as often as you like, the more you do, the better it works for you.
      6. Activate your imagination as you create scenes, feelings, and words that sink into your power mind and body.
      7. Enjoy and have fun with it, it’s all YOU!
