This course is designed to give athletes of all ages the skill set to optimize sleep. Based on extensive research and working with thousands of athletes for close to 40 years. Poor sleep impacts all aspects of life. Athletics, academics, and mental health are directly impacted.

This course will give you the ability to control your sleep for improved performance on and off the field and add to your quality of life. 

Training The Foot and Ankle is a culmination of several years of research, training and implementation. As an athlete and strength coach, I have combined all that I have learned into a comprehensive program that is designed to reduce injuries and improve performance.

Foot and Ankle Training is almost non existant in strength and conditioning programs, and is often not addressed until after an injury has occurred. I have found that a proactive approach to building strength, mobility and stiffness in the foot and ankle will not only help reduce injuries, but improve performance and speed.

CoachTube is the perfect platform. I can educate, demonstrate and teach with both text and video. I can't wait for you to get started and work toward maximum performance.

The Powerful Triathlete is designed to give triathlon coaches and self-coached athletes the tools to develop strength training programs that work. The programs are based off of two 30 min sessions per week, and are geared to the specific needs of triathletes. Whether you are new to strength training or a seasoned veteran, you will find a plan to fit your needs. This format has been developed by working with beginners, to elite professional traithletes for over 30 years. I am excited to share what I have learned using this platform to help triathletes of all abilities and ages to reduce injuries and improve performance.

Coach Tim shares his knowledge and insights that have allowed him and his coached athletes to succeed at all all levels and ages.
