Mini Hurdle Spin
Often times the athlete needs help in developing a more distinctive non support phase. This drill helps develop this non support pohase. In order to work over the mini hurdle & hit in a good position the athlete must get off the left quicker and develop that corkscrew action of the right leg & hip.
