Lesson 15:
Rotation Power & Med Ball Catch
Oftentimes athletes who rotate will not be able to hit a good power position because they blow right by that position. Through this drill the athletes will be forced to use a focal point and stay back when they hit the power position. Once they catch the med ball they may then finish the throw.
