    • Pat and Go Drill
      • Set up two groups of a quarterback and receivers on opposite sides of the field. The distance is based on the arm strength of the quarterbacks.
      • The receiver runs a slow fade/go route and the QB works on throwing deep balls.
      • The receiver catches the football and gives it to the opposite QB.
      • This drill can be used with players at any position.

      Coaching Tip:
      Use this drill as a conditioning drill at the end of practice. Get your linemen involved and keep track of consecutive catches.
