Drill Objective
To have players develop high-pressure defending techniques in a simulated live game environment.

Drill Set-Up
Set out a 60-x-40-yard area and split players into two equal teams. The drill is played as a normal scrimmage, with the following conditions: Players cannot dribble past more than one defender before passing the ball; players are not allowed to tackle or attempt to steal the ball; players attempt to tag the player with the ball. If a player is tagged by an opponent while in possession of the ball, the other team receives the ball, either immediately or through an indirect kick.

Drill Progression
Whenever a player is tagged, they must run around the opposing team's goal before rejoining the game.
