Drill Objective: To help players improve and practice accurate directional passing skills.

Drill Set-Up

Set out a square grid of 10 to 15 yards and split your squad into two equal teams. The teams line up on opposite sides of the grid; each player has a ball. One ball, distinguishable from all the others, is placed in the middle of the grid between theteams. This is the target ball. Using their passing skills, players attempt to strike the target ball with their soccer balls.

Drill Progression

Once the game begins, players may use any ball that comes their way. Through accurate passing, each team attempts to hit the target ball over the opposition's line.
