Horseshoe and Circle Change-Up Grips

- Horseshoe:
  Find the horseshoe shape (backwards C).
  Align fingers either on the outside or inside of the horseshoe.
  It depends on hand size.
  Keep the pointer and middle fingers together on the seams.
  Line up the middle of the horseshoe with the middle of the grip.
  Push the ball deep into the hand so the fingers and horseshoe are flush.
  Allows for more control on the release.
  Circle:
  Find the horseshoe shape (backwards C).
  Keep the thumb and pointer finger inside the horseshoe.
  Connect the pointer finger and thumb; it creates a circle with fingers.
  Touching gives control over the top of the pitch, keeping the pitch low.
  Push the ball deeper into the hand than with a fastball.
