Weight Transfer

- Once feet are positioned on the mound, shift weight from the front foot to the back foot, then push into stride.
  
  'Weight forward, weight back, push.' Say this before every pitch!
  
  Tip: Every pitcher needs to find her own weight transfer that is comfortable. Some pitchers more forward and back quicker than others. It will be consistent to their motion. Find what is most comfortable. The important thing is for a pitcher to have her whole body moving forward and pushing at the same time.
