This Intermediate section will expand those skills and get the players to practice throwing and catching at a quicker pace. They will be on the move more and learn new skills, like dodging, catching bad passes and over-the-shoulder throwing.

Now that your young lacrosse players have begun to develop muscle memory, these skills are becoming more important. 

As the lacrosse players learned in the Beginner section of Fundamentals of Wall Ball, repetition is No. 1 with this training plan. As they improve, they should increase the reps to maximize their development.
