  • Capability is preparing fo the known.

  • Capacity is preparing for the unknown.
  • Learning how to read and react to situations on the field.
  • Balance of developing both Capacity and Capability in your team and players. 

Culture Development Triangle 

  • Culture- Defines who you are as a team and organization. Roadmap to how you act and conduct your business. Teams must have a deliberate culture. 
  • Communication- Builds trust and buy in . One of foundations of culture. Communicate on personal basis with players. Leaders must be curious and have empathy.
  • Secure environment- Builds confidence and creativity. Support your people. Learn from failure. Allow them to be them selves. Respect each other. Resource your players to be successful.  Accountability and Responsibility. Accountability is given. To be accountable you must own it.Outcomes Who determines outcome (wins games)? Players win games.
