Lesson 12:
Applying Proper Weight Transfer Into Mid and Close Ranges
Once you've became comfortable with the idea of transfering a maximal exaggerated power jab, the next drill is to put the principles into an economized variation that would be a realistic scenario for you. Try to stripe away any actions that minimize telegraphicing and still give you a powerful strike. Focus on utilizing any or all three form of body directional forces. Add more acceleration in mid and close ranges and make it work for you until you have a discernable amount of power, regardless of distance.
