Lesson 4:
The Three Body Directiona Forces
In order for force to be generated the body has to use mucle components and a designated vector to determin the direction of travel. I have concluded there are three body directional forces (locomotion, rotation, inclination) for which a strike or energy can be intiated by. Here I explain the defintion of each and how they could be used in a scenario. Regardless of your size or weight I recommned that everyone learn how to transfer their own body mass efficiently. I teach to use each body directional force separately for easy understanding and then eventually learn how to use all three more or less together to create the end result which is more power.
