In order for you to have to transfer maximal force into any given vector you must be able to brace against the opposing forces. This is called body stabilization. Body Stabilization is defined as positiong the body in a structurely strong postion on the point of impact for any strike. I recommend your practice finding the optimal body position for each strike you work on. To do this I suggest you use the end position stability drill for all of your techniques. Proper body position between the earth and intended target must be applied in order to transfer optimal power along the line of force.
