STEP 1 - The “Ballet Step”
This is the first step of learning the Aerial. The purpose of this step is to get used to the basic motion of dropping down the upper body and lifting the rear leg up. These two motions are fundamental for the Aerial and the ballet step allows to practice that without much effort. Easy for you!
