How to work with this course...

 

  1. Warm Up - Please always start with the warm up. Make it your habit to do a variety of exercises for at least 5-10 minutes before actually working on the skills you want. Like in every physical training but especially for acrobatics it is essential to prepare you body well. Do all 9 exercises shown in this guide and you will be perfectly prepared.

     

  2. Conditioning - Continue with the conditioning part. Working on the skills is one part but maintaining or improving your overall condition is also part of the game. Normally 1⁄3 of what I teach is Maintenance Training such as strength and flexibility and 2⁄3 is the main Skill Training. For this guide I`ve included 3 exercises which I ask you to do right after warming up. This helps to increase strength and flexibility specifically for Aerial.

     

  3. Cartwheel Tutorial (Optional) - You can of course skip this if you already know how to do it!

     

  4. Aerial Tutorial - This is what you are waiting for right? The main part is the Aerial with slow but clear progressions. It is divided into 4 steps and I recommend to follow the steps in this order until you land your first Aerial!
