    • Pre-Game Meditation improves, focus and relaxes your team:

      1. This will help your team come ready to play!
      2. This will help your players and team hone mental focus.
      3. This is most effective when implementing as early as possible within the season; this will help to condition your players and team to come ready to play more consistently!

      Alright, Coach, lets run through how to do this meditation! I want you to actually GO THROUGH the meditation yourself so you know what it is and what it feels like. 

      When you teach this to your team, it will be that much easier, as you will already have the repetition in your mind/body for how to do this.
