Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of maintaining a moment-by-moment focus awareness and observation of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment to access the present peace and flow that already exists for you at the moment. Mindfulness helps to Train your everyday FOCUS so that your present moment awareness deepens and grows.

High-Performance Mindfulness is designed to unlock, and synthesis your subconscious and unconscious parts of your mind to enhance flow, sharpen focus, and improve performance.
Through training the mind, players learn techniques and processes to statistically improve on-court basketball performance.
For players, High-Performance mindfulness is often the option of last resort because it works to opens up, and align the mind-body connection; That part of you which drives your performance improvement.
