      Mindfulness is the practice of maintaining a moment-by-moment focus awareness and observation of thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment to access the present peace and flow that already exists for you at the moment. Mindfulness helps to Train your everyday FOCUS so that your present moment awareness deepens and grows.
