      Education is also super important to secure buy-in. When players understand why they are incorporating Mindfulness into their game, they are much more receptive to learning and effectively implementing it!

      Three ways to Educate your players:

      Provide your players with examples from NBA players and coaches employing mental training. Show them one of my videos. Give them a book. Provide resources! When speaking to your team, use examples of successful NBA players and coaches using mental training. This will help big-time!

      Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson are all great examples. So to are Aaron Gordon, Ben Simmons, and Jaylen Brown.

      Send your team to my resources at mindrightpro.com. There they can find examples of Mindfulness at work both on and off the court. There are tons of testimonials outlining how Mindfulness has helped players of all levels overcome, and improve!

      Lastly, if you see a player on your team struggling with an on-court or off-court issue, let them know that Mindfulness may be able to help them. Be aware that for chronic issues, Mindfulness can often be especially effective.
