Double Leg Reactionary Snap Down
The purpose of this exercise is to increase the rate of force absorption and body reaction to ground contact by getting your feet off the ground when snapping down.
Coaching Cues:
Perform 3 sets of 5 reps with correct form before progressing to the next exercise.
