Split Squat Lateral Med Ball Depth Drop
The purpose of this exercise is to progress from the depth drop by increasing the force applied via a medicine ball slam in the frontal plane.
Coaching Cues:
Perform 3 sets of 5 reps on each side. Progress if these sets are done with correct form.
