Split Squat Lateral Plane Part IV
Split Squat Lateral Jumps
The purpose of this exercise is to progress from the hops to the jumps in which you are now spending minimal amount of time on the ground between jumps. This increases the rate of force absorption and development.
Coaching Cues:
Perform 3 sets of 4 reps on each side with proper form before progressing the next plane of motion.
