Lesson 9:
Ball Drop & Catch
The Ball Drop & Catch exercise is a great way to improve the strength of your hand, wrist and forearm. When you hold the ball out in front of you (like in the video), it adds a shoulder strength component.
You can perform the exercise for reps (15-30 reps) or for time and go for 15 seconds to one minute depending on the strength and goals of the catcher.
