Rice Bucket exercises are a simple exercise with great benefits.
Make sure the arm stays stationary so the movements are all made utilizing the muscles of the hand, wrist & forearm.
SIDE NOTE: It's not a bad idea to have a vacuum near by for after your catcher is done performing the entire series. Haha!
