Lesson 29:
Toss - Catch - Toss & Catch w/ Tennis Ball
Reaction time (timing of toss), tracking (watching ball tossed by partner and ball that was self tossed), motor control/skill performance (self toss), and hand eye coordination (watching ball and adjusting hand to catch) are all components of this drill.
Just like the video shows, you can toss from in front of the catcher and/or toss laterally, both from the mitt side or the throwing arm side.
