Sample Drill Progression
Here is a sample drill progression you can do. I recommend you do it in order shown.
It starts with muscle/CNS activation (get the receiving muscles ready to train), moves on to challenging the catchers ability to adjust to different stimulus (multi ball), then pocket awareness (barehand tennis ball), then training above game speed (rapid fire), and finally finishes with game like, live receiving.
