Alternating Knee Taps
Alternating knee taps are a great way to activate and warm up the internal rotators of the hip.
The catcher should minimize the amount of body or torso turn and body sway side to side in order to maximize the hip utilization during the movement.
Please note: During my demonstration in this video, I admittedly sway an excessive amount in particular when putting my left knee down.
