Groiners
Groiners are a dynamic and challenging hip mobility exercise that works the entire hip complex (hip flexors & quads, glutes and hamstrings, adductors and abductors) as well as the core and shoulder stability.
It is a challenging exercise that I would reserve for your catchers that have some decent hip mobility. It cannot be performed correctly with poor hip mobility but will challenge those with good to great hip mobility.
