Band Resisted Lateral One Knee Slides
This is an extension or progression from the Lateral Knee Slide exercise.
You can advance the Knee Slide exercise by using an appropriate strength resistance band to help increase the strength of the muscles the catcher utilizes to move laterally.
The catcher can perform anywhere between 8-15 reps in each direction depending on if they are warming up or actually working out.
