Lesson 19:
Live Blocks
After breaking the skill of blocking down into its parts, it is important to "put it all together" and practice the skill in as game-like atmosphere as possible with Live Blocks.
I recommend throwing every type of pitch the catcher will see in their games. This will be dependent on the level they play at.
You can also advance the drill by incorporating some strikes into the pitches. Meaning, tell them what pitch you are throwing but not whether or not you are going to bounce it... just surprise them.
