A great way to develop strength in the muscles we utilize to recover from a block is to perform the movement against resistance. Med Ball Knee Jumps are a great way to develop those muscles.
The size of the med ball will be dependent on the age and fitness level of the catcher. Tyler is using an 8 pnd med ball in this video but could easily use a 10-12 pnd ball.
