Balls in Line Block & Recover
A great drill to work on a quick and efficient recovery is the Balls in Line Blocking Drill. There is also a conditioning component to the drill depending on the number of reps you or your catcher performs.
Be sure to practice all of the different variations of recovery including the hop, walk out/press out and gorilla walk.
