Lesson 48:
Serve Pressure
This is a good game to practice serve consistency under pressure.
I will be taking 10 balls with me to the baseline (deuce side) and begin serving them one by one.
For every miss, in the end, I should perform a task, such as push-ups (1 for every ball that is sent into the net or out).
Then I will repeat the exercise from the left (ad) side.
Secret: Begin serving with a relaxed arm and push the ball up (toss) with little or no spin.
